Bastille Day Is My Birthday

It’s Bastille Day, the last day of the French monarchy and the first day of the beginning of the First Republic. Read about it here. It’s also my birthday. I’m 22 today, a mediocre age. So far, 22 has been different than all my other birthdays in one small way: everyone likes to joke that I’m old and it’s the end of life as I basically note it. Here’s a sampling of the “funny” happy birthdays my friends gave me.
